decibel

Software studio · Independent label

Custom software and our own releases, cared for from the first commit to the last detail.

Scroll down. The volume goes up.

The rest is noise.

Almost all software makes noise. Plenty of promises, little finish.

Here, the work starts when the noise stops.

A clean signal. Written, produced and maintained in-house.

DCB-001 · The label’s first release

decibel band

A complete rhythm game inside FiveM. The notes come down, you hit them on time, and whoever is nearby can hear it.

Side A
01Notes on the beat of the song
02Double points mode
03Stars and rankings
04Play along with whoever is nearby

This is the real game, with the same engine as the script.

Technical rider

Every release on the label ships with the same rider.

Authority
The server decides. The client only asks, and everything it sends is validated.
Scoring
Replayed on the server, note by note, with the same math as the game.
Network
No broadcasts. Messages go only to who needs them, with the least data possible.
Scale
Player data loads on demand. Nothing in bulk at startup or on restart.
Framework
Any of them. The core knows none, the bridge is open and it runs standalone out of the box.
Text
Kept out of the code, one file per language. The band ships in seven.
Escrow
Protected code, with the bridge, config and texts open to the buyer.
Custom work

Got a project?

Custom software, in and out of FiveM. You talk directly to the person writing the code, from start to finish.

  1. 01
    Soundcheck

You tell me what you need. I tell you what I would do, and what I would not.

  2. 02
    Recording

I build it and show it running, not on a slide.

  3. 03
    Release

It goes live with the same care as a record on the label.
